In the afternoon of Nov. 8, 2017, Prof. Seungbin MOON, dean of Office of International Affairs, Sejong University, Ms. Yingshun PEI and Mr. Haneul KIM, associate coordinator of Office of International Affairs, Sejong University visited College of International Education (CIE) and College of Art and Design. Mr. HUANG Tao, the party secretary of College of Art and Design, Mr. FU Degen, vice-dean of CIE and related staffs from International Office and CIE participated the visiting activity and exchange meeting.

Sejong University visited College of Art and Design firstly. Mr. HUANG Tao exchanged with the delegation on the professional settings, cultivation affairs of College of Art and Design. After that, the delegation moved to College of International Education, Mr. Fu Degen, vice-dean of CIE warmly welcomed them and introduced them in a basic modern college situation. Prof. Seungbin MOON expressed sincere gratitude for CIE’s warm reception and introduced the basic situation of Sejong University. Laura Liang, head of admission office of CIE introduced the overall situation of international students in detail. Finally, both sides held in-depth discussion about the content of cooperation and exchange and were going to come to an agreement on cooperation in the future.

Established in 1940, Sejong is one of highly reputable comprehensive universities in South Korea. It consists of ten colleges, with 11,498 undergraduate students and 1,627 graduate students, among whom 1600 are international students. Sejong University was ranked at 93th in the 2016 QS University Rankingamong all universities in Asia.
