The College of International Education held a completion ceremony for non-degreestudents 2016 autumn semester.
Theceremony was held on the afternoon of January 11, 2017 at the 4thTeaching Building Room 705. More than 60 students from different countries allover the world participated in the ceremony.
Inattendance wereProfessor LiuWei,Director of External Liaison Office;Ms. Zhang Hongya,Deputy Director ofExternal Liaison Office;ProfessorWang Wei, Dean of College of International Education, and the entirestaff of the Faculty from College of International Education.
The Deanof International College Professor Wang Wei, commenced the program with aheart-warming speech. Professor Wang Wei recalled first meeting with studentsat the beginning of this semester and commended them for the progress madewithin such a short time and was sincerely happy for each of the students. Atthe same time, he pointed out that, the rapid development experienced by theschools in the light of the developments and raising the image of the school internationally.He also commented constantly improving conditions for better internationaleducation. He finally congratulated the students for the successful completionof study.
Onbehalf of the Alumni Association of BJUT, Professor Liu Wei congratulated thestudents for a job well done. He also thanked the students for theircontribution to the internalization of BJUT and wished them success for theirfuture.
Professor Zhang Xiutingcommended the students for a semester of hard work and dedication and wasdelighted with the progress made by the students.
Edwardof Class 201 andJin GangshiofClass 301 on behalf of the students expressed their gratitude to the teachersfor their patience and pains taking help given them during the period of studyand added that, “time spent in Beijing was beautiful and memorable”.
ProfessorWang Wei and Professor Liu Wei together awarded the students with theircertificate of completion and alumni card.
