On November 17, 2022, International Admission @BJUT 2023 recruitment was initiated. Despite severe Covid-19 pandemic in Beijing, the College of International Education announced the series of recruitments to help international students to fulfil their dreams of study in China, focusing on faculties and all levels of students inside and outside China. As of now, nearly 10 sessions have been conducted
In July 2023, 70 undergraduates and 17 masters will graduate from BJUT. The first information session was held for them aiming to keep excellent students to peruse further study here in BJUT.
Foreign teacher OUATTARA SIE from Cote d'Ivoire, working in our College of International Education, has always been the backbone for African students in BJUT. During recent pandemic, he had been working within the campus for 8 days, not only helping with epidemic prevention and comforting students in daytime, but also keeping contacting high schools and universities in Western African countries, including Cote d'Ivoire, for recruitment at nights.
Cambodia is the prominent source of international students in Civil Engineering, Faculty of Architecture, Civil and Transportation Engineering, BJUT. Having passed national examinations by their Ministry of Education, Cambodian students are widely praised for their hard working and excellent academic performances. Last Sunday, our Cambodian alumni team held recruitment in Institute of Technology of Cambodia and more than 50 students participated.
Now it is the high time of application season for international postgraduates. In order to provide better service for supervisors, the College of International Education made a dedicated PPT for 2023 International Admission with narration and send it to foreign secretaries from all faculties and colleges with related admission policies at the levels of national, municipal and university to facilitate supervisors’ consultation.
In the coming months, the College of International Education will continue to hold online and offline recruitments for targeted countries, including Poland, South Korea, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Cote d 'Ivoire, Tunisia and Morocco etc.
