The application for “Scientific and Technological Innovation Awards for Postgraduates” has been started.
I. Time schedule
24thMarch-- 13thApril (before 12:00 pm). Log in and submit the application in the Graduate Management Information System.
II. Student application and related materials submission
1. System application
Log in to“北京工业大学研究生管理信息系统（学生服务）”at http://webrecdoc.bjut.edu.cn/pyxx/login.aspx, fill in the application information and submit, then download and print "北京工业大学‘研究生科技创新奖’申报成果审核表". Students should first log in to the "Academic Results Registration"(学术成果登记) interface of the graduate student management information system to fill in the achievement information before applying for the Science and Technology Innovation Award in the "Scholarship Management"(奖学金管理) interface. If there is a system operation problem during the online application process, you can send E-mail to ygb@bjut.edu.cn, including the information about the system problem, your student number and contact information, the postgraduate work department will confirm and reply by email or telephone as soon as possible.
2. Submitting materials
After the completion of the system application, ask your supervisor to review and sign on the "北京工业大学‘研究生科技创新奖’申报成果审核表"and the copies of related materials, then submit them to thecollege you study in. The materials include: title pages, copies of periodical cover and catalogues, search and retrieval certificates; copies of international patent disclosure/authorization certificates, national patent authorization certificates, and computer software copyright registration certificates; covers and catalogues of books and technique Standard; award-winning registration forms for off-campus technology competitions, and copies of award certificates and so on.
