The following is the notification about Registration and Payment of Spring Semester 2018.
I Registration
Time:Feb. 26th-Mar.9th, 8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00;
Place:Room 814, 4thTeaching Building;
Steps:
(1) Receive an “International Student Registration Form” at the FRONT DESK of international student dormitory.
(2)Follow the steps of the registration form to finish student registration.

Kind Reminder:
1. Please ask for leave by Email or other written form to your supervisor and advisor before March 9, 2018 provided you can’t return on time. And only when you get permission from your supervisor and advisor will your leave be officially approved.
2. According to the rules and regulations stipulated by Beijing University of Technology, the degree students who are absent from school for two consecutive weeks without asking for leave and those who don’t attend classes or finish registration will be automatically expelled.
II Courses Selection and Classes Attendance
1. Undergraduates
(1) Class 2017
Attend classes from February 26 according to the schedules released by Academic Affairs office, College of International Education.
(2) Class 2016, Class 2015, Class 2014, Class 2013
From February 26 undergraduate students attend classes in accordance with the schedule released in the academic affairs system.At the beginning of the semester, the Academic Office will issue the notice of selecting courses through the network (my.bjut.edu.cn), for undergraduate students please follow the requirements to select courses.
2. Master Degree and PhD candidates
Lectures start from February 26. Please follow your supervisors’ requirements, and attend academic activities.
3. Chinese related courses selection
On March 2, from 8:00-17:00, undergraduate and post graduate students of College of International Education should select Chinese related courses in R814, 4thTeaching Building.
From March 5, undergraduate and post graduatestudents start to attend Chinese language courses in College of International Education. Before March 16, students could apply for dropping a course and also apply for attendance exemption if necessary.
III Payment
1. Accommodation fee
Time:8:00-12:00,13:00-17:00, Feb. 26th-March. 9th

Kind Reminder:
According to the“Provision of Student Accommodation”, students who delay paying the accommodation fee should pay 3‰of extra fee for each day.
2. Tuition fee
Students who fail to pay tuition fee before Jan.15 should pay their tuition and extradelay fee accordingly.
