In order to further promote cultural exchanges, to build friendly communication platform between international students and teachers and the Chinese staff, College of International Education continue to launch Chinese family visit program, to help international students and teachers to better understand contemporary Chinese people’s real life, the depth of experience Chinese culture, improve the level of Chinese. At the same time, we also hope to provide good opportunities for our Chinese staff to understand foreign culture, develop international vision and make international friends.

1. Contentand form

The activity takes the form of 1 to 2, Chinese familywillreceive two students or foreign teachers at home to spend a day(from 9:00am to 3:00pm),havelunch, to carry outsomerich cultural activities of Chinese culture, such as Chinese classical music, Chinese tea, calligraphy, tai chi, traditional Clothing, Chinese cuisine, etc., so that international studentswillfeel the cultural atmosphere of Chinese families. Activities cannot be confined to the indoor, by the Chinese family to lead students to visit, to participate in useful social activities.

This activity focuses on communication, not language training. We encourage both sides to use Chinese communication as much as possible, but do not make mandatory requests, andcommunicate smoothly.

2. Time

March – June, 2018, Saturdays or Sundays, from 9:00 to 15:00. The two sides will meet in the foreign students' apartment at 9:00, and the students go home with the Chinese family

3. The registration conditions

The activity for foreign teachers, Chinese teachers and students in the register in our school, comply with Chinese laws and regulations, respect each other's culture and customs, participate in activities on a voluntary and equal basis, do not do anything against foreign discipline, and engage in adverse interactions at home and abroad. According to the application, we will communicate with you further. Look forward to your participation.

4. The registration method

• Interested student sare kindly requested to fetch the registration form tutors in charge of their classes, and submit the application form to R814, Teaching Building 4.
